He fails to respond to customer calls and more importantly a physician complained that he had attempted to convert what was company business to his personal business. Gordo now has the resolution to discourage a customer against the company and offer to repair their machine at a cheaper wrong if paid in cash. This has actually crossed the lines in terms of professional conduct such behaviour can never be allowed by any company
