It hardly takes bare minimum time of 24 hours from receiving order to delivering the product to the store. Branding is unique technique or method of clearly highlighting the features of the product which makes the product or service different and, much more attractive than the competitors. It also reflects the customer’s experience of the business and has impact on every interaction business has with its customers and suppliers. Successful branding means promoting all the strengths the business has. Zara has strengths like: * Faster delivery of newer products * Effective Value chain Management * Latest Design and Trends Audience Analysis The target audience of Zara through this event would be fashionable consumer which is more educated, demanding and fashion savvy. This ‘New breed of shoppers’ is found to be loyal and loves freshness and variety. The fashionable consumers of Zara buy because of interest which gives them pleasure and enjoyment and is a meaning of self-expression. That is why their purchasing experiences are fantasy, fun, social or emotional gratifications which result in impulsive buying behavior. Involvement is another aspect of consumers as they attach some meaning to the clothes they buy because there is major role of fashion which is being played by fashion in their society. The main drivers which make them buy Zara clothing’s are projection of desired self-image and their individual motives as well. Personal, aesthetic and economic values guide their consumer behavior. The emotional factors which influence the consumer behavior are: * Short span of decision time. * Feeling of getting constrained * More impulsive buying * Desire to reward themselves. The retail environment could be best used for influencing their moods which results in impulsive buying. Impulsive buying behavior of the target audience is of following types: * Fashion Oriented * Strongly involved with the latest fashion trends, which helps in providing experiential or sensory cues through their fashion products. * Symbolic Interactions Impulsive buying also results due to symbolic interactions of the fashion products and due to emotional experiences of the consumers. * Thus it is very necessary to understand the impulsive buying behavior of the target audience reading the experiential perspective which helps in developing the guidance strategies. * Band Analysis * Now we need to find the right band which goes with Zara’s image. Moreover the chosen band or musician should go al ong with the brand image Zara carries, according to the target audience and should go along with the Breast cancer Cause too. Few shortlisted Bands and Musicians are listed below along with their key attributes: The main market segments which will be attending the Zara’s brand event organized for raising money for breast Cancer Research would be women and young well educated girls starting from the age group of 22 years onwards. This will also include housewives and plus size women. Even Zara would like all such consumers who are well aware of the cause of Breast Cancer to join the event and contribute towards the social cause. Mostly women and young girls would be attracted towards such kind of event because breast cancer is mostly found in women. After analyzing all the most famous rock bands and musicians Kylie Minogue seems to be the best artist for performing for the Breast Cancer Festival and the reason being she herself has fought breast cancer at very early age and she enjoys international pop stardom although she belongs to Australia, which goes along with Zara’s brand image too as it is Spanish company ruling the whole fashion industry worldwide. The best part is that Kylie being a woman can easily catch the fancy of the target audience who are also women for this Zara Event. Event Detail Other important details of the vent which would be organized can be easily followed from the table depicted below along with the reasoning why they should be made part of this festival: Sponsorship Activity Sponsorship works as a key for a strong and powerful marketing plan. Sponsorship is the in-kind support or any kind of financial assistance given to specific activity to reach specific business goals  (Freidman, 2012). Here in case of organizing Zara Festival the supported activity is Breast Cancer research and the business goal of Zara is to reach out to its target audience through this festival. Through this festival they want to raise money to support the cause of breast cancer. Potential ESB/ National Brand Sponsors Qantas airlines The airline is both domestic as well as international airline and Zara being an upmarket brand most of its audience travels by air. So Qantas can launch a scheme that they will give rebate on airline tickets to the audience who buy Zara outfits this way they will have mutual sales benefit. Mor4eover Qantas can donate say $5 per airline ticket bought by Zara customers to breast cancer research foundation. Qantas can contribute money for the event and can also sponsor the flight for Kylie too. MTV Since this is a musical event so sponsorship or partnership with MTV would be of great benefit for Zara as well the popularity of the music channel will also grow. They can do live telecast of the music eve and thus gaining TRP’s and get ahead of their competitors and this will prove to be good advertising for Zara as well. Tropicana Juice Manufactured by the PepsiCo would be also a good national brand sponsor because this way they can get good amount of sales during the vent and promote healthy drink which will keep the fitness freak audience healthy and smart. PepsiCo can contribute by sponsoring the event. This way they will also get brand recognition and whatever sales they make, they can donate some portion to Breast Cancer cause too. McDonalds Getting a national brand sponsor like McDonalds to sponsor the vent which sit eh topmost fast food chain Zara would be able to satisfy the appetite of the audience as well as can get good amount of money for the event sponsorship. Local Brand Sponsors The Melbourne based potential sponsors which have been selected and which match the cause, brand and event are listed below. CABRINI HOSPITAL, Malvern Cabrini Hospital located in Malvern, Australia can be potential local brand sponsor for the Zara Fashion Festival. The well-known breast surgeon which they have is Dr. Jennifer Senior; she performed the breast cancer surgery for Kylie Minogue too. The sponsorship will be mutually beneficial for both the parties because the audience for them is the same. This will help Zara in increasing their sales and attracting more women audience who will contribute to this noble cause and at the same time both Cabrini Hospital as well as Zara will create positive publicity along with enhancing their visibility too. Hair Dresser Brad Mullins and Makeup Artist Sarah Tammer Cutting edge hairdresser Brad Mullins will guide women regarding hair styling suiting their personality and give their hair complete makeover. AT the same time makeup artist Sarah tamer will also work upon giving a new dimension to the personality of the women using her bets makeup strokes. They will use latest styles and trends to give awe inspiring looks to the women and young audience’s This will be mutually beneficial as it will enhance the brand image of both Zara as well as the makeup artist and hair dresser. Moreover the sales will also enhance form the profitability point of view. Ripple Melbourne Massage Day Spa and Beauty Women are always attracted towards getting beautiful skin and always wanted to look beautiful so on the makeover day Ripple Melbourne’s beauty specialists will help in making women look beautiful and guide them about what can be done to stay and look smart and beautiful. This way both the beauty and Spa will be benefitted as well as the Zara Fashions will get enough brand visibility. National Breast Cancer Foundation They will educate the target audience about breast cancer, cause and how to fight them. And mutually Zara will also get benefitted as they will get brand differentiation by aligning with the cause of breast cancer. Whatever donation Zara will receive or it can also work upon giving away $1. Per Zara outfit sale to National Breast Cancer Foundation. Selling the Sponsorships The sponsorships would be sold by first arranging a meeting with their publicity manager. Then we will explain them how whether local brand sponsor or national brand sponsor will be benefitted by associating with Zara’s breast Cancer supporting Festival Campaign. The key benefits which the sponsors will derive by sponsoring this breast cancer suppor6ting event would be: * Shaping the attitude of consumers and enhancing the brand image as well as association with such good cause will develop a positive brand image in the minds of consumer and they will tend to buy such good products. Driving their sales efforts, especially in case of food and beverage sector sponsors will derive greater benefits  Ã‚  Ã‚   through bigger sales and sampling, thus PepsiCo and McDonald will get greater benefits if they sponsor this event. *   Helps in Creating Positive publicity and heightening the visibility of the company as well as the brand. The media will definitely cover this event thus t hrough print as well as electronic media they will get wider exposure. Enhance their product differentiation from competitors as the target audience will definitely carry positive image about the product which has a positive image being associated with a social cause like breast cancer. * Help in portraying the image of ‘Corporate Citizen’ role in good capacity. The sponsoring company will be viewed as good neighbor by target audience as the company will be seen as supporting community as well as economic development of society.   Sponsoring such event will definitely help in enhancing not just business but will also help in developing VIP relations and consumer relationships. Thus using the direct marketing efforts of the events like sending mailers and newsletter regarding the events which will carry or talk about the sponsorship partners of Zara Event will deftly give strong brand image and differentiation to the sponsoring companies. Promotional Efforts Zara follo ws a very unique advertising and promotional approach and spends much lesser than their competitors on advertising. Large scale advertising is being taken care of by Zara so we need to support this large scale advertising of event through Point-of-Purchase advertising, sales promotion techniques, support media and social networking opportunities Point-of-Purchase advertising It is the best and the most effective way of advertising and promotional graphics are being developed which help in influencing the consumer behavior when the consumer is making purchasing decision. POP helps in creating impact on the buying decision by turning it into the favor of specific brand or product in-store. Moreover the POP application fits well as signage to so many applications like shelf, floor, walls, and window and vehicle decals too. Like signage or boards for Zara festival events with all relevant information should be places in various areas of the Zara store as well as should be advertised at various public places like grocery stores, fast food outlets and traffic signals banners can be out. Even hospitals can also be targeted. Sales Promotion techniques The techniques adopted by manufacturer to buy more and enhance the sales of products are called sales promotion. It mainly uses short-term a nonrecurring techniques to increase sales. The sales promotion for this event can be done by advertising the free samples scheme like if the audience buys a ticket for Zara festival scheme they will get 25% discount on any Zara label they would buy. Premium or Bonus offers can also be given to the target audience like if they buy tickets for the Zara festival they will get a   premium t-shirt signed by Kylie Minogue   or they can get limited editing Kylie music CD. Social networking opportunities A contest on Facebook page of Zara can be started to advertise the event where in the contest winner will get free passes for the Zara festival event. A contest can be designed in way like the consumer needs o answer few questions related to breast cancer and if all of them are correct they will win free tickets for the event. Another contest can be the audience need to upload their image of black and white combination dress and the best dress designed will get a limited edition music CD signed by Kylie Minogue. Public Relations Efforts Finally we need to launch the public relation efforts in order to promote the event and support the cause of breast cancer amongst the target audience. For this we will design a proactive strategy to promote Zara as well as the Breast cancer research as well as reactive strategy will be developed which will be handling after analysis of potential problems which might arise during the course of the festival. Proactive Strategy The main aim of proactive strategy for Public relations for Zara Festival supporting breast Cancer research cause is to communicate the reason for organizing the event and to develop a communication plan which consists of how and when the plan will be communicated. Digital PR is the strongest PR medium which can be used for launching the event and informing and educating about the event. The Digital PR thrives on who we want to inform since it is mostly women and young ladies or rather the whole section of women so it would be better to place the advertisement about the event or create a twitter or Face book page which speaks all about the cause with which this event is associated. We can also create a video in which the CEO of the company and an advertisement linking the vent can be uploaded on YouTube. Another proactive strategy which could be beneficial is placing a full page ad in the women’s magazines say two to three months before the events can also be helpful in increasing the awareness about the cause as well as informing the target audience about the event. Same way a poster competition can be organized online through Facebook regarding breast cancer or designing just simple black and white clothing line and the best design will get a gift hamper from Zara and along with this contest the whole event information can be displayed inviting all the potential customers. Reactive Strategy The reactive approach towards public relations planning is to respond in passive manner to any event once the event has occurred. Many environmentalists might stand against this event as such a large event will definitely create large amounts of carbon footprints. So we need to prepare a strategy beforehand to handle such situation. Firstly we need to educate through a press release that we would be using ecofriendly paper all through the event, secondly the music would not be loud enough to create noise pollution and required permission from the authorities would be taken beforehand. Demonstrate all the efforts taken to reduce the carbon footprints by Zara as a company so that they are convinced that by organizing this event no harm would be done to the environment.

Ancient Spartan Public Education

Ancient Spartan Public Education T. Rutherford Harley (The Public School of Sparta, Greece Rome, Vol. 3, No. 9 (May 1934) pp. 129-139.) uses Xenophons Polity of Lacedaemon, the Hellenica, and Plutarchs Lycurgus for evidence of the Spartan education system. The following is a summary of the relevant sections of his article with a few more recent references. Upbringing of Children to Age 7 A child deemed worth raising is given to its mother to be cared for until the age of 7, although during the day, it accompanies its father to the syssitia (dining clubs) where it sits on the floor picking up Spartan customs by osmosis. Lycurgus instituted the practice of appointing a state officer, the paidonomos, who puts children in school, supervises and punishes. Children are barefoot to encourage them to move swiftly, and they are encouraged to learn to withstand the elements by having only one outfit. Children are never satiated with food or fed fancy dishes. Schooling of 7-Year-Old Boys At the age of 7, the paidonomos organized the boys into divisions of about 60 each called ilae. These were groups of peers of the same age. Most of their time was spent in this company, according to Figueira. The ilae were under the supervision of an eiren (iren) aged about 20, at whose house the ilae ate. If the boys wanted more food, they went on hunts or raids. So seriously did the Lacedaemonian children go about their stealing, that a youth, having stolen a young fox and hid it under his coat, suffered it to tear out his very bowels with its teeth and claws, and died upon the place, rather than let it be seen. From Plutarchs Life of Lycurgus After dinner, the boys sing songs of war, history, and morality or the eiren quizzes them, training their memory, logic, and ability to speak laconically. The Iren, or under-master, used to stay a little with them after supper, and one of them he bade to sing a song, to another he put a question which required an advised and deliberate answer; for example, Who was the best man in the city? What he thought of such an action of such a man? They used them thus early to pass a right judgment upon persons and things, and to inform themselves of the abilities or defects of their countrymen. If they had not an answer ready to the question Who was a good or who an ill-reputed citizen, they were looked upon as of a dull and careless disposition, and to have little or no sense of virtue and honor; besides this, they were to give a good reason for what they said, and in as few words and as comprehensive as might be; he that failed of this, or answered not to the purpose, had his thumb bit by his master. Sometimes the Iren did this in the presence of the old men and magistrates, that they might see whether he punished them justly and in due measu re or not; and when he did amiss, they would not reprove him before the boys, but, when they were gone, he was called to an account and underwent correction, if he had run far into either of the extremes of indulgence or severity. From Plutarchs Life of Lycurgus Spartan Literacy It is not clear whether they learn to read. [For more on the issue of literacy in Sparta, see Whitley and Cartledge.] Physical Training The boys play ball games, ride, and swim. They sleep on reeds and suffer floggings silently, or they suffer again. Spartans study dance as a kind of gymnastic training for war dances as for wrestling. This was so central that Sparta was known as a dancing place from Homeric times. [For more on the importance of dancing in Sparta, see Dionysiac Elements in Spartan Cult Dances, by Soteroula Constantinidou. Phoenix, Vol. 52, No. 1/2. (Spring - Summer, 1998), pp. 15-30. ] Foster Sons Allowed in Spartan Schools Not only were the schools for the sons of the Spartiate, but also for foster sons. Xenophon, for instance, sent his two sons to Sparta for their education. Such students were called trophimoi. Even the sons of helots and perioikoi could be admitted, as syntrophoi or mothakes, but only if a Spartiate adopted them and paid their dues. If these did exceptionally well, they might later be enfranchised as Spartiates. Harley speculates that guilt may be a factor here because the helots and perioikoi often took in the children that the Spartiates had rejected at birth as unworthy of rearing. From Agoge to Syssitia and Krypteia At 16 the young men leave the agoge and join the syssitia, although they continue training so they can join the youth who become members of the Krypteia (Cryptia). Krypteia The passage from Plutarchs Life of Lycurgus: Hitherto I, for my part, see no sign of injustice or want of equity in the laws of Lycurgus, though some who admit them to be well contrived to make good soldiers, pronounce them defective in point of justice. The Cryptia, perhaps (if it were one of Lycurguss ordinances, as Aristotle says it was), Gave both him and Plato, too, this opinion alike of the lawgiver and his government. By this ordinance, the magistrates dispatched privately some of the ablest of the young men into the country, from time to time, armed only with their daggers, and taking a little necessary provision with them; in the daytime, they hid themselves in out-of-the-way places, and there lay close, but, in the night, issued out into the highways, and killed all the Helots they could light upon; sometimes they set upon them by day, as they were at work in the fields, and murdered them. As, also, Thucydides, in his history of the Peloponnesian war, tells us, that a good number of them, after being singled out for their bravery by the Spartans, garlanded, as enfranchised persons, and led about to all the temples in token of honors, shortly after disappeared all of a sudden, being about the number of two thousand; and no man either then or since could give an account how they came by their deaths. And Aristotle, in particular, adds, that the ephori, so soon as they were entered into their office, used to declare war against them, that they might be massacred without a breach of religion. MP3 Players PowerPoint Presentation Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words

MP3 Players - PowerPoint Presentation Example s, I searched the internet to find the detailed specifications of the mp3 players I and other acquaintances were familiar with and using them in practical life. I was already familiar with the software which comes as a part and parcel of the operating systems like Windows Media Player and Itunes by Apple. Third party software came as additional add-ons with other software packages of sound cards and speaker systems for computers. Moreover such third party mp3 software are frequently advertised on various web sites. The software industry is primarily focused on developing media rich web sites where entertainment can be at your fingertips. When computers are inaccessible or cannot be carried along, like on mountaineering trips and other outdoor excursions then the portable mp3 players come into the picture. Advanced electronics technology has miniaturized the music players while retaining the sound quality along with long lasting power packs so that music can be enjoyed in all sorts of places and circumstances. The software was developed concurrently with the operating systems and has become more functional, error free and user friendly along the course of history. Even little kids face no problem in handling software mp3 players on their personal computers as the software operation is dependent on visually attractive and easy to understand controls. The music is located in convenient folders automatically by the software, such as ‘My Music’ and stored in the mp3 as well as other formats. Alternatively one can store the files in personal folders by naming them with conspicuous titles for easy access. Visual graphics have been incorporated with the music titles and artists which are downloaded automatically by software like the Windows media Player 11 and Apple Itunes. These two as well as other software players such as RealPlayer and MusicMatch Jukebox have separate packages of these players for different versions of the operating systems such as Windows XP,

Marketing Plan for SBA in developing sounds for mobile games Assignment - 1

Marketing Plan for SBA in developing sounds for mobile games applications - Assignment Example The marketing options to support the diversification strategy are examined in some detail and particular attention is focussed on a promotional and communications strategy designed to build profile and relationships with key market players. These strategies include direct marketing, business-to-business advertising and media relations. SBA now wants to protect itself from the impact of a possible downturn in its core business by diversifying into a new market. It has identified the potentially lucrative mobile games market as a possible opportunity whereby it could create and market music/sound for application in such games. The purpose of this marketing plan is to assist the management committee in reaching a business decision on possible diversification by presenting a detailed and factual analysis of the market situation and by recommending strategies for exploiting any identified market opportunities. Whilst there is a wealth of information and market data on the mobile gaming industry per se there is a dearth of information and market data on the ‘sub market’ of music/ sound supply to this industry. Consequently it will be necessary for the management committee to authorise some primary research in this area to ensure that business decisions are taken on the basis of authenticated data. A mobile game is a video game played on a mobile device such as a mobile Phone or handheld computer. This does not include games played on Handheld video game systems such as PlayStation Portable and Nintendo DS are not classified as mobile gaming devices in the context of this plan. (Wikipedia, 2009) The mobile gaming market is growing steadily. The number of worldwide gamers has increased from about 55 million in 2005 to about 183 million in 2008. Global revenue from mobile gaming in 2008 was $6.9bn and is expected to grow to $18 billion by 2014 (Roberts, B. 2009). â€Å"Given

Lung Cancer Physiology Research Paper Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 500 words

Lung Cancer Physiology - Research Paper Example In addition to lung cancer, being the most common type of cancer, it is also often tough to treat. This paper seeks to analyze the physiology of lung cancer, as well as the diagnosis and treatment process. Smoking is one of the major causes of lung cancer as it consists 80% of all reported cases of lung cancer. When smoking, an individual is considered to be absorbing more than 4000 cancerous chemicals. Even the nonsmokers are at risk of contracting lung cancer through passive smoking. Second hand smoking is considered as bad as first hand smoking itself. Radon is also a leading cause of cancer (Sebti & Jove, 2010). Radon is a radioactive gas that is invisible and odorless. Radon is a chemical found on the surface of the earth. When anybody gets in contact with the chemical, the effect is the same as smoking itself. Other ways that people can contract lung cancer is through having contact with carcinogens. The diagnosis of lung cancer can be through physical examination and history. In this, the signs and symptoms of lung cancer can be detected. The x-ray chest scan is the most common means of detecting lung cancer. The chest X-ray technique frequently encompasses an outlook from the back to the front of the torso as well as an outlook from sideways (Petricoin III et al, 2012). Computerized tomography (CT) and computerized axial tomography (CAT) scans may be done on the abdomen, chest, brain to check for metastatic, and lung cancer. The analysis of lung cancer constantly necessitates verification of malicious cells by a pathologist. This is even when indications and X-ray examinations are apprehensive for lung cancer. Treatment of lung cancer can be done in many different ways. Lung cancer can be treated through surgery. Surgery is usually done in stage, one, and two. It is done through removal of tumors. Radiation therapy is also another form of lung cancer treatment. This can treat both SCLC and

HR Management Policies Across Business Types

HR Management Policies Across Business Types HR Management Policies 1Thessalonian 2:6-12 (Life Application Study Bible) we were not looking for praise from men, not from you or anyone else. As apostles of Christ his people could have been a burden to you, but his people were gentle among you, like a mother caring for her little children. Our own selves loved you so much the we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lies as well, because you had become so dear to us. Surely you remember brothers, our tail and hardship; we worked night and day in order not to be a burden to anyone while we preached the gospel of God to you. You are witnesses, and so is God, of how holy, righteous and blameless we were among you who believed. For we know that we dealt with each of you as a father deals with his own children, encouraging comforting and begging you to live lies worthy of God, who calls you into his kingdom and glory. In trying to persuade people, we may be tempted to alter our position just enough to make our message more pala table or to use flattery or praise. Paul never changed his message to make it more acceptable, but he did tailor his methods to each audience and did not compromise. Organizations practice human resource management and development for at least one of three reasons: (1) To avoid fines and lawsuits; (2) to maximize and protect the investment they have made in employees; (3) because they are dealing with human beings. All three are legitimate, but only the third reason is a constant. Abused employees may or may not sue or file complaints. It may or may not cost an organization anything to replace them. But they are always human. It is a core Christian belief that humans, created in Gods likeness and redeemed through the death of Jesus Christ, are priceless custody of Almighty God. How then should leader approach managing and developing them when they have been assigning to us? When leaders consider how they think and act toward employees whose lives and careers are under their control whether in the area of benefits and wages, advancement and development opportunities, safety and comfort. Gods Word exhorts them to treat those followers as human beings. Paul defined his relationship to the Thessalonians both as a mother (v. 7) and a father (v. 11). Paul made decisions concerning particular followers in Thessalonica by asking him, If this were my son or daughter, what would I do? Not a bad starting point. Jesus told his follows, in John (15:5). I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and me in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. The severity of the words is like a slap in the face. Without Jesus we can do nothing. Well, we could build a business and a comfortable nest egg. But from Jesus perspective, those things are nothing. Only the things done with and for him are worthwhile and have any chance of lasting. The marvelous part of Gods administration is that he has gifted each of us and equipped us to engage in something that really will echo throughout eternity. By taking the Word of God, which will last forever, and investing it in human beings, who will last forever, we can leave an indelible mark on the halls of history. What higher calling can there be than to become like Jesus and equip others to do the same? This is our glorious privilege: to assist others in developing their Christ like potential. We love someone the way Christ loves us, we will be willing to forgive our sisters, brother, co-worker and friends. If we have experienced Gods grace. We will want to pass it on to family, friend and others. And remember, grace is undeserved favor. By giving an enemy a help, we not excusing his misdeeds, were recognizing him, forgiving him, and loving him in spite of his sins just as Christ did for his people. Proactive measures include demonstrating good faith efforts to prevent workplace discrimination and harassment and embracing HR best practices for addressing discrimination. Discrimination is an inevitable and unfortunate consequence, given the level of diversity, varied work styles, generations and personalities in the workforce. However, employers develop ways to deal with HR issues of discrimination through creating basic workplace principles based on mutual respect and adherence to laws that prohibit discrimination. A.B.C. Some people love repetition. They love knowing that theyre going to do the same thing in their job tomorrow that they did today (p.37). According to Dessler, (2013), Employers use tests to measure a wide range of candidate attributes, including cognitive (mental) abilities, physical abilities, and interests, and achievement (p.106). Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it? (Luke 14:28). When a builder does not count the cost or estimates it accurately, the building maybe left incomplete. Will we disregard the Christian life after a little while because we did not count the cost of commitment to Jesus? What are those costs? Christians may face loss of social status or abundance. We have to give up control over our family, and even put to death. Following Christ does not mean a trouble-free life. We must carefully count the cost of becoming Christs disciples so that we will know what we are getting into, so we would not be tempted later to turn back. According to Luke 16:11, So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? Our integrity often meets its match in money matters. God calls us to be honest even in small details we are more valuable than earthy wealth. If we are not trusted with our money here on earth, no matter how much or little we have, we will be unfit to handle the vast riches of Gods kingdom. Do not let your integrity slip in small matters and it will not fall on you in crucial decisions either. Policies and rationale regarding Training and Development: Policy: There are several forms that make up the A.B.C. Daycare Center enrollment packet. If there are changes to any of the forms in the enrollment packet, please notify the director to update the parent records. If they have any questions regarding the completion of these forms, please feel free to ask the director. Registration Fees: There is a $75.00 for two children and $50.00 for one child Non- Refundable registration fee per family at time of enrollment. Payment may be made by check, money order or cash. There will be a late fee of $10 for failure to pay by noon on Friday. The success of our center depends upon the prompt payment of charge/fees in order to take care of day-to-day incurred expense. Parents Vacation, you must continue to pay your tuition on your vacation to hold your daycare spot. Maternity Leave, to hold a spot you must continue to pay while you are on maternity leave. Some Daycare have procedure list are: The number of children in the daycare is governed by the Community Care Licensing Regulations. Children of Young Parents returning to school to continue their education are accepted and if a space is not available the last child into the daycare will be given 2 weeks notice of losing their space. . Children are accepted into the daycare on a first come basis. The childs name is entered on the data according to the date of the initial phone call. When an opening for the daycare occurs, the group Leader will contact the parents or guardians of the first child on the waiting list by telephone. Children will be removed from the waitlist upon the following reasons: à ¯Ã‚ Ã‚ ¶ Parents or guardians request à ¯Ã‚ Ã‚ ¶ Child is over 36 months of age à ¯Ã‚ Ã‚ ¶ Family has moved away or phone number is out of order (the client is then unreachable). Compensation and Benefits Child-care workers who are employed at preschools organization or daycare organization are sometimes likely to receive benefits such as medical insurance, 401k retirement packages, depending on the type of school, collage grand, or two week vacation. Nannies and au pairs tend not to receive such asset, but are often qualified to buy their own assistance, such as insurance plans and retirement packages before taxes, as they can be paid as independent contractors. According to Gary (2013), Employee compensation refers to all forms of pay or rewards going to employees and arising from their employment (p.188). Title VII of the Civil Rights Act makes it unlawful for an employer to discriminate against any individual with respect to hiring, compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin (p.189). Performance management Define the purpose of the job, duties. Define performance goals with measurable outcomes. Define the priority of each job responsibility and target. Define production standards for key components of the job. Hold interim discussions and provide assessment about employee performance, preferably daily, summarized and discussed, at least, quarterly. Provide positive and constructive reaction. Maintain a record of performance through critical incident reports. Provide the opportunity for broader response. Use a 360-degree performance reaction organization that incorporates reaction from the employees peers, people, and customers who may report to him. Develop and administer a coaching and improvement plan if the employee is not meeting expectations. According to Gray (2013), performance management means different things to different people. Some use performance management as synonymous with performance appraisal. Others say performance appraisal represents just the appraisal step-by-step goal-setting/appraisal/feedback performance management cycle (p.159). Each of the functions of Human Resource Management (HRM) really plays a vital role in the effectiveness of any organization. Work system that can bring many advantages to Organization they mainly include: Policies and rationale regarding Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance management. Jeremiah (29:11) for I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. God people are encouraged by leaders. Who stirs us to move ahead? Everyone who believes can do the task he has given and who will be with us unto the end. God is that kind of leader. He knows the future and plans for his people are good and full of hope. As long as God, who knows the future, provides our agenda and goes with us as we fulfill his mission here on earth. We can have boundless hope. This does not mean that his people will be spared plan, suffering or hardship, but that God will see his people through to a glorious conclusion. I Chronicles (28:20) David also said to Solomon his son, the one whom God has chosen, is young and inexperienced. The task is great, because this palatial structure is not for man but for the Lord God. David encouraged Solomon his son not to be frightened about the size of his job as king and builder of the temple. Fear can immobilize leader. The size of a task, its risks, or the pressure of the situation can cause leader to freeze and do nothing. Dont focus on the fear; instead, get to work. Getting stared is often the most challenging and frightening part of a job. Hiring employees is just a start to creating a strong work force. Next, you have to keep them. High employee turnover costs business owners in time and productivity. Try these tactics to retain your employees. Offer a competitive benefits package that fits your employees needs. Providing health insurance, life insurance and a retirement-savings plan is essential in retaining employees. But other perks, such as flextime and the option of telecommuting, go a long way to show employees you are willing to accommodate their outside lives. Provide some small perks. Free bagels on Fridays and dry-cleaning pickup and delivery may seem insignificant to you, but if they help employees better manage their lives, theyll appreciate it and may be more likely to stick around. Use contests and incentives to help keep workers motivated and feeling rewarded. Done right, these kinds of programs can keep employees focused and excited about their jobs. How to Improve Employee Retention: Attracting the Right Candidates Over the years, Engage has implemented a number of policies that serve the dual purpose of attracting potential employees and keeping current ones passionate and committed. Here are a handful of examples: Engage gives hiring priority to people who live near the office because they believe that long commutes are detrimental to work-life balance. Instead of a traditional vacation policy, the company lets employees take time off from a leave bank, in which they can accumulate as many as 60 days off to use as they see fit. This policy has helped with employee retention, particularly by making it easier for female employees starting families to take time off and ultimately return to work. During the hiring process, Engage administers the DISC Personality test, which charts the four characteristics, drive, influence, steadiness, and compliance, to build personality profiles for new hires. All employees test results are public knowledge, which Hoffman feels helps people understand one another and get along. By setting quarterly goals with rewards attached, such as iPods for the whole team or a trip to a nice restaurant, Engage can encourage employees beyond the competitive and potentially divisive realm of salary bonuses. The group nature of these rewards is important, says Hoffman, because somebody who is not motivated by getting an iPod knows that other people in his or her group are and doesnt want to let them down. Why Engagement is Important According to Gary, (2013). Employee engagement is important because countless employee behaviors, including turnover and withdrawal, echo the degree to which employees are engaged.(p.239). Discipline in the Workplace Discipline in the workplace is the means by which supervisory personnel correct behavioral deficiencies and ensure adherence to established company rules. The purpose of discipline is correct behavior. It is not designed to punish or embarrass an employee. Often, a positive approach may solve the problem without having to discipline. However, if unacceptable behavior is a persistent problem or if the employee is involved in a misconduct that cannot be tolerated, management may use discipline to correct the behavior. In general, discipline should be restricted to the issuing of letters of warning, letters of suspensions, or actual termination. Employers should refrain from disciplining employees by such methods as altering work schedules, assigning an employee to do unpleasant work, or denying vacation requests. Examples of Misconduct Examples of misconduct which could result in discipline: 1. Excessive tardiness 2. Failure to notify of an absence 3. Insubordination 4. Rude or abusive language in the workplace 5. Failure to follow Departmental Rules or Policies , i.e., not wearing safety equipment, not following correct cash handling procedures 6. Dishonesty 7. Theft Of course, discipline may be required for a number of other misconducts. The question that needs to be asked is if the Employer has just cause to impose a form of discipline. As a Director at Daycare Center wait I work we have safety check list: Child-to-staff ratio of 4 to1 for 2-year-olds, 7 to1 for 3-year-olds and 15 to 1 Children should be supervised at all times. Center thats licensed and regularly inspected for health and cleanliness Safe sleep and play environments Limited or no TV viewing Clean toys in good condition with no sharp edges Written policy on caring for ill children Diapering area separate from childrens play areas Cleaning supplies and other toxic materials in locked cabinet Electrical outlets covered with protective caps Security gates at top and bottom of stairs Easily accessible first-aid kit and posted emergency numbers Window guards on all windows except designated fire exits All outside play areas enclosed; soft surfaces under all equipment Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers An emergency evacuation plan Perishable food refrigerated Conclusion: In conclusion, Human Resource Management is the calculated and reasoned method of managing for an organizations most valued assets. Human resources management makes certain that human talent is used successfully and resourcefully to accomplish organizational goals. As stated throughout this paper human resources can be classified into some categories we studied during this class, for example: HR management philosophy, organizational policies, and Regulatory Compliance. Other categories were Recruitment, Training, Development; Compensation, Benefits; Performance Management, Employee Retention, Engagement, Discipline, and Safety. Reference Brown, Denise, (2017). Do Animals Have Language Essay

†Language is the method of human communication, either spoken or written, consisting of the use of words in a structured and conventional way†(1) Language is humanity’s way of communicating with each other, there are over 6,500 different languages spoken around the world. Every language is communicated by two or more people. Every person can have a combination of languages. It all depends on what that person chooses to do. Some individuals believe that there is no communication without language. But many like myself, beg to differ. As I believe there are numerous ways to communicate, whether it is by speech, symbols or sound. A few might argue that speech and sound are the same thing, to me they are completely different. Yes we need to make sounds that represent the letter that make up the word, but in some languages the sounds are the words. For example the Xhosa language; spoken by approximately 7.9 million people of the South African population, it is a tonal language. I believe that animals communicate using the same technique. I see that certain animals have a specific sound for their specie. For example a dog’s bark, a cat’s meow, and the whale’s songs. They are all a series of sounds, to each other they are understood. Upon being put in the right sequence they convey the message to the other members of that specie. It is a language they use, that we cannot comprehend. The languages present here in Earth are very detailed and elaborate, because humans have a very complex life, they need a lot of words to make sense of it. Animals live very simple lives, needing to communicate when in danger, or directing others. That is why their languages are probably much more simpler than ours. Other animals communicate through dance, and movements. I consider this a language of its own, as these dances create symbols, and symbols are a language. This is still considered using language as a method of communication. So yes, I do believe animals have a language, through sounds. Although those language are most likely very simple, they are their way of communicating with each other. Australian Consumer Law

There was a major change for Australian Consumer Law. Within this paper, the differences on the old and the new system will be discussed further. Australian Consumer Law is a single national law, which is, applies in all jurisdictions, to all business and to all industry sectors. The ACL also represents a new approach to considering consumer policy issues, with the Australian Government and the States and Territories working closely together to consider develop and implement changes. This essay will explain about the differentiation between the old system and the new system. There are several benefits for the consumer such as, this ACL will replace 20 existing state with one law, this new law is also easier to understand and clearer. On the 1st January 2011 was the beginning of a new consumer policy in Australia. That policy is called ACL (Australian Consumer Law), ACL is a single national law covering all each state and territory. This ACL will replace the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and will renaming the Trade Practices Act 1974. This law will also apply similar to Commonwealth law. Every state and Territory will also make the ACL as their policy so that it will be equal for all Australia. All Australian courts and tribunals also from the states and territories enforce this law. This law has created a new different system as mentioned above, this law is one for all. There will be several major changes applied to customer or to seller. For example; * Product safety, a new national product safety legislative regime is set out. Also includes extensive new notification requirements for all suppliers. * Misleading or deceptive conduct, ACL prohibit misleading or deceptive conduct in trade or commerce. The ACL will provide the same broad protection as section 52 of the TPA. Unfair Contracts, on the old law this took effect at a commonwealth level in Victoria and NSW and now, this law took effect as law of other states and territories on 1 January 2011. * Unsolicited sales; a new national governing unsolicited consumer agreements (door to door sales, telemarketing and other direct sales) are introduced. * Lay-by agreement is also introduced in this ACL. * Product safety, a ne w national product safety legislative regime is set out. Also includes extensive new notification requirements for all suppliers. There are also specific protections for the new ACL against unfair business practices. Not like the general protections mentioned above this specific activities that can be particularly caused negative impact, such as; * Failing to supply gifts and prizes or not supplying them as offered (mislead). * Pyramid selling schemes; such as network marketing. This new ACL also cover consumer guarantees. They create a single set of statutory consumer guarantees replace the old system of conditions and warranties in the Trade Practices Act. The guarantees modernise and clarify the operations of the law on consumer rights in relation to goods and services and align Australia’s law with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees act 1993. Lay-by agreements, on this ACL there is a rules that cover the basic elements of lay-by agreement transactions in a non-prescriptive way. There are some key themes in the Consumer Law changes – enhancing consumer protection, reducing regulatory complexity and having a consistent national approach to facilitate a seamless national economy. The key components of the framework involve a new national consumer law, to be called the Australian Consumer Law, based on the existing consumer protection provisions of the Trade Practices Act (TPA). In addition, there will be some new consumer laws including: Provisions which regulate unfair terms in consumer contracts; new penalties, enforcement powers and redress options for consumers (ultimately, what every supplier doesn't want to hear); and a new national product safety regulatory system. There are strong reasons to have a national approach to consumer protection in Australia. The obvious reason is to ensure a consistent approach for both suppliers and consumers. Many organisations that supply consumer products and services, supply to consumers nationally and this is an increasing trend. It can become a logistical nightmare to manage different regimes in different states. In addition, there is no rational explanation for why consumers are offered different levels of protection just because they live in a certain state or territory. For some organisations, however, introducing a national approach with new consumer laws will mean change and substantial review of existing processes – this of course, means time and money. For example, a national approach to unfair contract terms will mean that organisations supplying to consumers will need to ensure that their agreements do not contain â€Å"unfair contract terms†. According to the Council of Australian Governments (COAG), unfair contract terms are those, which cause significant imbalance in parties' rights and obligations arising under a contract and are not reasonably necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the supplier. Such terms will be prohibited in agreements (ie. greements that are not negotiated) with remedies available where a claimant can show detriment to the consumer, or a substantial likelihood of detriment (not limited to financial detriment). In getting up to speed on this change, it will be important for organisations to assess the meaning of an â€Å"unfair contract term† – the Consultation Paper provides some examples, but in practice it is likely that there will be uncertainty about what is an d isn't an unfair contract term. Based on all of those changes in ACL, it can be seen that the government trying to give an equal opportunity for every customer in Australia. As mentioned above, if we are buying iPad in Northern Territory, we will get insurance or a certain bonus but not when we are buying it in Victoria. The population of some certain states causes this issue, thus a store on the other state must have another promotion to cover their customer. On the other side for a business opportunity, this will be a little bit harder for a businessman to grow their business. They are so many rules for them to protect customer to be harmed.

In Shakespeares tragic play Hamlet, the main ch Essays

In Shakespeare's tragic play Hamlet, the main ch Essays In Shakespeare's tragic play "Hamlet", the main character Hamlet is one of the most complex characters throughout all of literature. In this play, Hamlet deals with his uncle killing his father, marrying his mother, and becoming the new king. Hamlets character traits only add to the hardship he faces. The fact that Hamlet is a thinker, passionate, and faithful which are all good traits only makes his situation harder. Being a thinker is a good thing, but often times it can get you in a little bit of a mess because it can lead you to over think things. When the ghost appears to Hamlet and tells him what had happened and Claudius killed him, Hamlet knows he should avenge his father's murderer. It just does not work out that easy for him because he starts thinking all of the "what ifs" so to speak. Hamlet thinks of almost everything that makes killing Claudius harder and complicates it more than it has to be. Hamlet wonders if the ghost of his father is a demon that is just trying to get Hamlet to kill Claudius. Also, the shady appearance of his mother marrying his uncle only two months after the death of his father causes Hamlet to wonder if his mother has any part in killing his father so Claudius will have the power of the crown. The consequences of Hamlet over thinking his plot to avenge his fathers death causes much more tragedy than needed to happen. His mother, two people he thought were his f riends, Laertes, Polonius, Ophelia, and Hamlet himself all die because of his late decision to finally kill Claudius. Besides being an over thinker, Hamlet was also very passionate about everything he does. One example of this is Hamlets love for Ophelia. He tries so hard to get her attention and when he has it he lets her know how he really feels about her. From writing the notes to her or giving advice to her about guys and not getting played by one. Hamlet is also passionate about his friendship with Horatio. He has trust with him that he has with no one else. He actually reveals his feelings with Horatio which he does not do with anyone. Another way you can tell Hamlet has passion is how emotional he is when he is talking. Hamlet has many soliloquies, arguments, and conversations with other characters that show his passion. His passion is very evident in his conversation with is mother when he is telling her that Claudius murdered King Hamlet to the point that she becomes afraid. Also when Hamlet was telling Horatio to swear he would not tell any one about his plan to pretend to be insane., he s aid he would kill his best friend if he told any one. Hamlet stuck with any and every thing he would do. Whether it was listening to his fathers ghost, chasing after Opheilia, or finishing his plan to kill King Claudius, Hamlet made sure he finished his task. Listening to his fathers ghost was a hard thing for Hamlet to do. He is very skeptical about the ghost being a good or evil ghost and is not sure whether to listen to him or not. When he finally makes up his mind and decides that the ghost is a good one he listens to the ghost and takes to hear what the ghost is really saying. Even with Ophelia he never gives up on loving her. Time after time he gets turned down by her but he never gives up and he is persistent with trying to win her heart

Informative Essay Sample on World Trade Organization

Informative Essay Sample on World Trade Organization The World Trade Organization is founded on the principle of comparative advantage, well recognized by the Modern economists, that different countries enjoy absolute advantage in the production of different goods, since they are differently gifted by the nature: it may be expensive to produce certain goods and cheaper to import. A country may have greater comparative advantage in the production of certain goods over the others. This classical theory of economics took its practical shape in the manifesto of W.T.O which transcends all barriers imposed by the nations and emphasizes the functioning of free trade amongst the nations. Then why the feeling of unease and protests against the W.T.O which are not based on unfounded fears, but some facts of the underdeveloped nations manifest the circumstances apparent in the economic scene of their lives. The disagreements do not arise by the global trade but by the resultant affects of the globalization and the very rule of the body governing the W.T.O. if we understand the arguments of the both sides we can solve maladies believed to be caused by the W.T.O. W.T.O is very powerful; it can compel sovereign states to change their laws if it feels that laws are hindrance with the agreements made. It is by the rich for the rich. It does not give the proper weight to the problems of the developing world, in practice, if not in theory. It is indifferent to the negative fallout of free trade; its commercial interests take over every thing from child labor to workers rights, and environment to health. It lacks democratic accountability. Its trade disputes hearings are closed to public and the media, while free trade concept presupposes open debates and transparency. The W.T.O has clauses to protect the environment, but they do not contain minimum standard to protect the environment, labor rights, social programs and cultural diversity. what makes it so powerful is that it can intervene in the everyday administration, of any member country and force it to change its laws if the W.T.O feels that they are detrimental to free trade because the membe r countries have given both legislative and judiciary authority to W.T.O to challenge laws, policies and programs of countries which do not conform to its rules. The member countries are required to bring its laws in conformity with W.T.O’s laws. Some of the realistic concerns of the developing nations on crucial issues on subsidies granted by the USA and European Union on their agricultural farming are still unresolved. The developed countries comprehensive intensive negotiations carried out so far could not bear any result, which indicated that USA and Europe are unwilling to accept their stand or they have political compulsions barring them to reach any conclusion. Conversely the demand of poor countries to accept their mounting labor force as one of the products of export by the developed nations is also not heeded by the rich countries which transpires the view point to cause serious setback to weak economies, giving rise to an impression that every thing was falling in the laps of prosperous countries. So far as protection to local industries is concerned W.T.O has provided safeguards to grow , in case of surge of imports. The agreement on safeguards authorizes importing member countries to restrict imports for temporary period, if after investigations carried out by the competent authorities it is established that: Imports are taking in such increased quantities as to cause serious injury to domestic industry that produces like or directly competitive products and, The increased imports should be the result of unforeseen developments. It provides the impositions of quantitative restrictions on such imports and increase on import tariffs. The advent of China amongst the developing nations seems to baffle entire economic scenario, which caused to rethink the philosophy of comparative advantage for both developing and developed economies. The inflow of cheap products in the world markets has eroded the zeal of West and USA to finalize the outstanding issues, while the indigenous cottage and textile industries of the poor countries have almost been collapsed. What we believe that W.T.O must be a forum of ironing out economic inequalities and a source of fostering peace and harmony amongst the nations of the world. SWOT Analysis Is Deeply Flawed and Should Not Be Applied as a Modern Essay

SWOT Analysis Is Deeply Flawed and Should Not Be Applied as a Modern Marketing Tool - Essay Example This analysis is mainly used in strategic management where that organization aimed at having a competitive advantage from its competitors and it is continuously reviewed. SWOT analysis has been upheld by many organizations, its benefits explored and also its weakness criticized (Evans, and Wright, 2009, p. 10). It is in this bid that this paper will be committed to discussing the thesis statement: SWOT analysis is deeply flawed and should not be applied as a modern marketing tool. Figure 1 The Inherent Weaknesses of SWOT Analysis To begin with, SWOT analysis is flawed as a marketing tool since it does not provide with all the information that is required by managers for strategic planning. From the face value, SWOT analysis is perceived by many people as an easy process. This is since all that a business is expected to do is implement the four quadrant SWOT analysis in the business. This is where the business capitalizes on its opportunities and strengths while mitigating its weaknes ses and threats. However, this is not easy and critical information necessary for making marketing decisions is overlooked by the SWOT analysis. It is flawed since it does not separate this information from the pivotal information that the organization needs to embark on immediately and the peripheral information that can be addressed. This translates to misplaced priorities as the marketing team will be more focused in exploiting the opportunities yet there are some threats that if not dealt with immediately will translate to massive losses. Moreover, as pertains to the SWOT analysis, it does not provide a guideline that shows which customer base is the most attractive, which strategy is the most powerful. Lack of guidelines as pertains to the results obtained from carrying out a SWOT analysis makes it flawed and hence should not be applied as a modern marketing tool (Valentin, 2001, p. 58). Subsequently, SWOT analysis is deeply flawed and should not be used as a marketing tool sin ce it is a checklist to evaluate the performance of the strengths and weaknesses identified upon carrying out a SWOT analysis. This is evidenced with an illustration of an example of a strength that has been identified by a business upon carrying out a SWOT analysis as a marketing tool. A business has identified its leadership in market share as strength for the benefit of the organization. On face value, this looks productive since positive correlations have been documented to exist between leadership in market share and the profitability of the organization. The business consequently surges forward to exploit the strength, without bearing in mind the minute details of leadership in market share leadership that may affect the performance of the business. The organization by relying on the SWOT analysis fails to assess if leadership in market share is relevant to the organization and if the investment made by the organization is feasible. Use of checklist in SWOT analysis makes it a flawed marketing tool due to lack of leverage of the decisions made and hence not a good modern marketing tool (Kotler, 2000, p. 78). Moreover, SWOT analysis is deeply flawed and should not be used as a marketing since it has been described as being vague and simplistic. This is evidenced

Boeing versus Airbus Subsidy Dispute Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1000 words

Boeing versus Airbus Subsidy Dispute - Essay Example The new competitors were not able to survive in a market which was virtually the sole provider of the jets. To help develop a strong competitive foundation, the European governments starting providing substantial subsidies to Airbus for the development cost. The subsidies played important role in forcing the Lockheed out of the jetliner industry whereas Douglas merged with Boeing (Pelletier, 2010). Airbus eventually took the major share of the market and is providing more jetliners as compared to Boeing which raised the concern among the US. This led them to form an agreement at the WTO to reduce the subsidies to provide healthy competitive economic environment. The agreement at WTO clearly stated that both Boeing and Airbus can enjoy the direct governmental subsidies at 33% of the jetliner’s developmental costs. It also included the limitation on the subsidies provided by indirect programs or civilian or military institutions as well. In addition to these, many other limitati ons were imposed on the subsidies. However the market share for Airbus kept on increasing at a steady rate which again raised the concern for Boeing (Gunstone, 2010). ... The EU threatened to sue Japan for providing this help because without this help, the Boeing aircraft will be more expensive and less competitive. Both these companies in order to have the greater market share used the subsidies but didn’t really share the actual figure which leaves the global competitors and market very dubious over the certainty of their accusations. This case leaves the global market very vulnerable to violation of agreements and can create the dissatisfaction among the other jetliners in the competence and central position of WTA as well (Pelletier, 2010). Ethically, Boeing engaged in the aggressive pricing strategy with the help of unlimited subsidies affected the European jetliner Airbus by cutting their sales short, price and market suppression of Airbus in various markets of its hold. Secondly, Boeing terminated the WTO agreement on its own and filed the case against Airbus which was pretty much against the essence of the business. The agreement comes to an end by the mutual consent of both parties. In addition to this, both the companies have created duopoly which has left the market pervasive to other competitors which is strictly against the global business’s essence and practices. In addition to this, at this time when the successful industrialized countries should work towards trade liberalization, their subsidies wrangling will have the trickledown effect on the suppliers. The emerging economies look towards the industrialized economies for markets access (Newhouse, 2008). Culturally, the general inclination of US towards Japan in the greatest interest of their economies has created the clear biasness towards the
